THE SIXTH SESSION OF SERVICE ENGINEER TRAINING
From October 23rd to 28th, 2023, Googol conducted the sixth session of its Service Engineer Training at the Yongchuan Factory in Chongqing. Seven after-sales service engineers from Jiangsu, Beijing, Hunan, and Hubei participated in this training. Additionally, administrative staff newly employed by the company were fully involved in the learning process, aiming to deepen their understanding of the products while nurturing skilled talent for service.
Workshop Introduction
The training program encompassed five theoretical courses:General Introduction to Engine Systems, Special Topics on Fuel Systems, Special Topics on Electrical Systems, Fault Analysis and Troubleshooting, and Installation Guidance. Each afternoon, corresponding practical sessions were conducted. Furthermore, the event adhered to Googol’s standard assessment approach:daily assessments were followed by review sessions the next day, reinforcing memory and providing opportunities for clarification. This methodology ensured that the engineers gained authentic knowledge and practical skills.
Amidst the learning sessions, Googol organized group activities such as collective movie viewing, a night run at Fenghuang Lake, book-sharing sessions, and a chance to relish the authentic flavors of Chongqing hotpot. These activities added a touch of relaxation and enjoyment to the training period.

Daily Testing
Running and reading are part of Googol's traditions. Upholding physical fitness and nurturing the mind to foster holistic employee development remains one of Googol’s significant goals. On a Friday afternoon, amid the light drizzle at Tangcheng, 16 runners from Googol joined seven service engineers at Fenghuang Lake Park, engaging in a 5-kilometer group run that allowed every participant to relish a leisurely aerobic jog.
On Saturday, in the Knowledge & Action Academy Googol hosted a review and sharing session, inviting the seven service engineers to participate in this unique gathering. Additionally, the class leader, Yu Ji, had the honor of presenting each participant with a special pen as a token of sincerity. The Training Camp Director and senior engine trainer, Qinglong Du, also awarded each engineer with a sincere pen, symbolizing Googol's commitment to sincere interaction and reminding the engineers to serve customers with sincerity.

Engineers Participated in the Sharing Session with Runners
All engineers who successfully passed the assessments (with a weighted average score not lower than 80 and no subject score below 60) received graduation certificates. Over the course of a year since its inception, the training camp has nurtured 60 certified service engineers, establishing a high-speed rail ''three-hour'' service network covering the entire country (excluding Tibet, Xinjiang, Taiwan, and island regions).
